When I convert a simple PDF, ie: Word doc using text and images but without any font formatting, I get a PDF document that looks like the PDF created by Adobe Acrobat, but when I use another application to encrypt it, the images look degraded, some with lines running through them and sometimes faded, and all of the bold headings are no longer shown as bold text.
Apart from when converting and encrypting documents created by OpenOffice, I have not seen such failure. When converting from a Word document to PDF using any other PDF converter and then encrypting, they all look ok, but not when using this converter.
I see in the forum that this version has a few weird bugs. is there an earlier version that I can download and try?
