Converting images in landscape format from File explorer right-click, in the pdf results flipped 180 degree

If I select one or more jpg files in File explorer, then right click and select one of the PDFCreator icons Convert or Merge, then click Merge all (when selected more than one) and proceed, in the resulting pdf some images are flipped 180 degree.

Those images that result flipped are wider than tall.
Changing the Orientation setting from Automatic to Vertical in the Profile doesn't correct the issue.
Changing to Horizontal is worst because those images became upside down.

I was expecting a shink to fit without any rotation for those images.
