Could not open temporary file

hello

I've installed pdfcreator 0.9.5. When I print any document (for example a simple word document) and save it as pdf, no file is created and i have this error :

Error: GPL Ghostscript 8.61: **** Could not open temporary file ''; **** Unable to open the initial device, quitting.;

It s work only if  i open "PDF print Monitor".

I tried to uninstall and install PDFCreator but it didn't work too.

Can you help me ?

J'ai trouvé la cause de mon problème, en fait j'ai changé les variables TMP et TMP systeme, elles sont donc differentes des variables TEMP et TMP de l'utilisateur. Il m'a suffit de remettre les valeurs d'origine pour que sa fonctionne de nouveau. Donc pour résumer, les variables TEMP et TMP systeme et utilisateur doivent avoir les même valeurs
