Custom paper size

I wish to define a custom paper size. The help file tells me that I can do so by following under Printer > Server settings. However, I cannot find the Printer > Server menu How do I navigate to it.

 

PS. I have a standard installation on my PC (WinXP)

in Windowns XP its actually called differently, you need to go to printing settings->advanced (by right clicking on your printer icon).

Thanks for your comment. I have tried that and regrettably I still cannot find a way of setting a custom page size. Following your suggestion I eventually find a list of the built-in paper sizes  that PDFCcreator supports but no way of setting a custom size.

 

Incidentally, I also have a Win7 installation and the same issue problem arises. Again with Win&, I cannot find the Printer>Server settings mentioned in the help file.

 

Clearly, I'm missing something, so any suggestions will be gratefully received.

there is ( or at least there should be ) an option for using a "custom paper size for postscript" in the list which you have found.
