Dealing with copies

I’m not sure if I’ve understood the meaning of "copies" or "copy count" in PDFcreator. Sometimes I need to generate one PDF where every page is a copy of a single page source document. When I select multiple copies in MS Word’s print dialog, I end up with a single page PDF. I’m forced to make as much Prints as copies I need, collect and then Combine all. I guess that PDFcreator intentionally skips copies. Is there any way to change this behaviour?
