Defining custom paper sizes

Does pdfcreator allow to define own custom paper sizes? I’m using 1.2.3 version and can’t find this function anywhere. It could really help me creating pdf files from autocad. The autocad layouts prepared for plotter has much various sizes which I can’t require in pdfcreator.

Hi,

you can define your own paper sizes in the Windows Print Management and assign them to the PDFCreator virtual printer (in the same way as for any other printer).

best regards,

Some step by step tutorial? I’m using XP for many years, and it is sth new for me - I didn’t know that WPM allows to define custom paper sizes.
As for autocad - I somehow workarounded the issue creating pmp file for plotter in autocad, and then connecting it to pdf printer. It shouldn’t work but it actually worked. But it is only for autocad solution, not universal.

Hi,

this tutorial seems decent:

best regards,

Thanks, my new paper has showed up when I followed above tutorial and I could chose it before printing document. But in WPM there are more paper sizes than these which I can choose, for example 10x15 or 10x11 or 10x14. These don’t show up in printing settings. I totally don’t understand that.
