How can i acces this feature, can't find it in documentation

Use shortcut "Ctrl + o" to call out the PDFCreator's options interface:

You'll see tabs like "General, Compression, Fonts, Colors, Security, Signing", check out the "Signing" tab.
Make sure you have a .pfx digital signature.
