I received a document that the sender called a smart form and when I opened it with PDF Architect Pro + OCR it says "Please wait... If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper content...." It appears to be a dynamic XFA document. How do I view it in PDF Architect?

I am afraid you can't, XFA isn't part of the PDF specification but a proprietary Adobe concept. Therefore it isn't supported by most non-Adobe products.
