E-mail a PDF Terminal Server, pop-up wrong user

Hello,

We have a strange issue. When a Terminal Server user uses the function E-mail as PDF, the pop-up with the e-mail and the PDF attached is opened on another user session, not the session who started the process.

Is there anybody who experienced this problem or knows a solution?
