EMF can't be converted anymore

I used to convert EMF images to PDF by using PDFCreator with the context menu in the Windows Explorer.

I don't know why but the context menu entry is not present any more for EMF files and there seems to be no possibility of converting EMFs in another way.

I'm using Version 1.2.3.
