Empty excel doc output

I use the creator to create pdf via Excel, however, the output pdf is an empty doc, pls advise.

do you create Standard PDFs?
Are you using the latest version of PDFCreator?
Which Windows version are you running?
Do you have Unicode chars in your excel documents?
