How to solve this error. Thanks

With PDFCreator Program to print and give to send E-mail opens a window to save the file that has occurred, to give store get the following error:
PDFCreator1.4.3 - Error massege
Error description:
Error Nr: 429 (ActiveX component can not create object)
Modul: clsPDFCreatorMail
Procedure: MSOutlookEmail

sometimes running PDFCreator as admin once also solves this problem.
