Error Report. What went wrong?

Hi everyone!

Today I received an error report. PDFCreator says: “Help us to improve PDFCreator and report this problem in our forum.” Maybe you can help me out with that. Unfortunately I cannot post the error report, because the “body is 1883 character too long”.

LOL, how am I suppose to solve the problem then?

Thanks in advance,
ClaNie

i want to have the old version until the new version will work better…

me too!! Every week, one of my computers messes the entire profil database in the registry up! All profile settings are gone!

Why does PDFCreator saves the profile in the registry?!?! Why don’t you use the users directory?

Hi,

there is currently a timing issue which can occur when reading/writing the profiles , we will release a bugfix this week to fix it.

best regards,

nice to hear that! Thanks!
