Extend a license and pay for it , but still says it has expired

I have extended license that was expired. When I run the pdf, it still say license has expired.

It happened for two licennses ,

sorry for the trouble. I checked your keys in our license server logs and it seems you have been able to resolve the issue in the meanwhile, at least I can see a successful activation for both keys 2 days ago. There might have been a slight delay between the purchase of the license extension and the information being processed by our license server.
