I open pdfcreator, I am at the pdf print monitor. I try to load files from word, excel and pdf. I can't files to load or show up. Can anyone help?

I have the same problem of getting a white horizontal line through the center of images when open PowerPoint 2007 to PDFCreator. It looks like the image is processed in two halves and they don't quite line up in the middle. I am using PDFCreator 1.2.1 on Windows 7 64 bit pro.
