The text editing features are more than frustrating. My main problems are:

When I save a document with my own text added and open it again, the area of my written text is restricted to the original width and I have to pull it wider to add more text in the same line. That doesn't make any sense.

Sometimes my text with multiple lines is separated into multiple areas with one line each after saving. That makes even less sense.

And how can I black out a rectangular area? To white it out is easy: Comment -> Whiteout. But how do I BLACK it out? The colour of the whiteout-tool cannot be changed.
