Hello,
I use pdfcreator on a freshly installed windows XP Pro. I have set up pdfcreator to automatically save document as ps file, execute a vbs script before saving and then automatically print. It do the job well (adding a word on a certain type of document before printing). My problem is that I want to get rid of the window indicating the percentage.
On a first hand, on version 0.9.9, when I tick the checkbox "Hide the progress dialog during printing", the document is not printed (but the .ps file is written on the disk).
On a second hand, i've tried to upgrade (on the same computer, with the same printer) to latest version 1.2.0, but in this version, this checkbox seems to do the job well. But I have a totally different problem : the document is sent to the printer with "letter" size instead of "a4". I've checked all parameters in my printer : everywhere paper size is "a4". in pdfcreator "Use a fix paper size" is set to "a4" too. The ps file written on the disk is in "a4" format but it's sent to the printer in "letter" format. I've tried to change the destination printer to "Microsoft Office Document Image Writer" but the final document (MDI) is also in letter size (whereas the .ps file is in a4 size)
You can see that I have two different problem. Help me to solve one or the other and it will greatly help me. Thanks for reading
English isn't my native language so I'm sorry for the grammar error and the misspelled word.
