Ghostscript Error on google chrome

dear pdf creator,

if I want to print a pdf to pfd creator in google chrome I get the error message: [Error] pdfforge.PDFCreator.Core.Jobs.GhostscriptJob.RunJobWork: Ghostscript execution failed:

we use pdf creator 2.0.2

if in others I am going to print programs to pdf creator as firefox succeeds. now i saw that google chrome has had an update. could it be related to this and how can we solve this?

We are having the same issues on chrome 80

Downloading the file and printing to PDFCreator seems to be a workaround
