GhostScript Error with PDF Creator 4.3.0

Hello,

I have a user who received a Ghostscript error when attempting to print to PDF from SAP to PDF Creator. PDF Creator is set as the default printer. Following is a piece of the log file when the error occurs:

Hello,

  • Which version of PDFCreator is used?
  • Is the user able to print a test page (Profiles tab > Print Test Page) without the error message?
  • Does the printing from SAP work on a physical printer?
  • We would like to have a look at the PostScript (PS) file. These instructions work with PDFCreator Free, Professional and Terminal Server (not PDFCreator Server).

Please start another print job, but don't complete it. Instead, send us the PS and INF file, both can be found in the spool folder (as well as answer to the three questions):

Path: User > User.name > AppData > Local > Temp > PDFCreator > Spool

Our e-mail address is: support@pdfforge.org

Kind regards,
Sascha
