Is there a way to NOT print the Page n of n as a Header and the URL and Date as a Footer?
I cannot see an Option to enable or disable it.
I have changed the Page Setup options in IE and Firefox to blank everything just in case PDFCreator was somehow interrogating their setup - still I get the Header and Footer.
