Help, I have a problem with printing document - squares

Installed OS Windows 7 x64 / Windows Vista x86, PDF Creator 1.2.1. ver. After saving the document, instead of some characters printing squares do not know why. I installed the latest Windows Update, IE 9 is not installed.
Please advice. thank you
