How do you turn Auto update check off for v. 0.9.9

v. 0.9.8 required a regedit change to turn auto update check off.  Does v.0.9.9 require the same regedit change or is it turned off by default.  I see that you can manually check for updates via the print monitor.

Yes that is possible.

Thanks, I applied the reg add line to set the UpdateInterval to 0 and all is well.
