How to print to 4" x 6" paper size?

How can I print with PDFCreator to 4 x 6" paper size?

I have to make PDFs that will print to 4 x 6" index cards. There doesn’t seem to be a size even close to this. Is there any way to set a custom paper size?

Hi,


You can add any custom paper size by using the windows print management (run->windows print management, go to “print server” section and choose “add form”). It might be called slightly different, my OS is in german so I’m not 100% of the English names.
