How to run a batch command to re-start the print queue

Hi we are using pdf creator on a windows server and occasinally the print queue (autosave) is halted as it thinks a file is open somewhere and therefore waits for user input to clear this. As a result all printing stops and i have to log onto the server to clear.

Is there a batch file i can run to clear this?

I do use vba to check that the file is not open before saving but it obviously is not 100% reliable :slight_smile:
