I can´t make PDF... HELP

I can´t make pdf. I tried to prin a web page, and it ask me for the printer, I select PDFCreator printer and never appear the next window asking to create the pdf. Can you help me? please. Thanks in advance.

I use Windows XP service pack 3 on an intel core 2 duo 2.8 GHz / 2GB Ram

which version of PDFCreator are you using and do you have the autosave option enabled?
