Incorrectly flagged as exceeding license count

Hello.

I paid for 5 licenses for PDF Creator for life, and I have the email stating this.  However I am unable to install it because it thinks I have exceeded my license count.  This is incorrect - I only have it installed on 2 computers.  I believe it thinks I have exceeded my number of licenses because I have had to re-format / reinstall my operating system several times in recent months due to computer trouble. 

How do I resolve this?
