Insert multiple files at once

I'm on the PAGE tab, select insert from file, gives me an option to open a folder on my PC. I can't figure out exactly what the ALL and RANGE options are supposed to do and I can't select more than one at a time. Is there a way to insert multiple files somewhere?

Please give more details, I can't find a PAGE tab in PDFCreator.
