What the hell is this?.. Not to mention, what the HELL is this as it is showing not the value i have entered in %PATH%?
A snap from environment of actual running process:
Path=C:\WINDOWS/system32;C:\WINDOWS;C:\WINDOWS/System32/Wbem;<The list continued, but nothing relevant to see there>

And however that directory do exist. Why do it attempt to destabilize my operating system?

What the hell is this?

Path=C:\\WINDOWS/system32;C:\\WINDOWS;C:\\WINDOWS/System32/Wbem

Do you really have slashes / backslashes mixed in yout path?? If this is the case, there is really no need to "destabilize" your operating system, as you did it already

You should know the operating system better before posting such answers.
There’s no difference between “/” and “” for disk operations since DOS 3.3 at least.

0,9,9 - same issue.

but the question remains: do you have mixed slashes? that would explain why PDFCreator would not recognize it. We have introduced this check because it causes very strange problems, when the path is not set. Anyway you are right, that a path setting with forward slashes works as well.

kind regards,

Philip

I have exactly the same issue with the latest version (1.2.2).

I do not have mixed slashes in the particular path (it's "%SystemRoot%\\System32\\Wbem"). However, I do have forward slashes in some paths and bacward slashes in other paths in PATH value. Although I still don't get why the error message reports exactly 'Wbem', as its is after all different kinds of paths with different kinds of slashes.

In addition, what would fixing the path mean, if I were to choose it?
