Not sure if anyone else has had this problem of found a solution.
On the 3 workstations I upgraded to 1.4.1 Internet explorer has started failing when opening links to PDF files.
The workstations that have not been upgraded still work fine.

what exactly do you mean by it fails:)?
Nothing happens? Error Message?
