Invalid Pointer error when trying to install INSERT module

Hi, after logging into the Professional account and trying to install the INSERT module, I get the following error:

"The error has occurred while attempting to access the Installer service.

Error Code: 0x80004003
Error description: Invalid pointer"

Please advise, thank you.

This seems to be a rather specific issue.
Kindly contact the PDF Architect support team and make sure to let them know which Windows version you're using.
