We have a few PDFs that are not being created when SMTP is involved. We think it is due to the total length of the email addresses for those documents. One has 4 addresses and was 135 chars total. The other has 3 addresses with a total of 108 chars. The rest are under 100 chars. Is that truly a limitation of PDF Creator? I can't find anywhere in my application where I'm enforcing 100 chars and PDF Creator throws an error when it hits these two but prints all the rest.
Is tehre somewhere I can affect this?

this isn't a known restriction but we can check if it is possible to reproduce/fix it here.
Please set the logging level to "trace" inside the PDFCreator application settings and send us a log of the issue (ticket@pdfforge.org).
