Licensing expiring notifications

Hello,

is it possible to get the expiring notifications from the customer dashboard directly by mail? I checked out the overview I but didn't find anything.

Hi,

the notification should get sent by mail 4 weeks before the license expires, did you check the email address associated with the account?

thanks for the information. The next license will expire in 50 days. For that im going to check if i get a message in about 20 days.

Hello again,

for the next expiring license in now 20 days I didn't receive any notification mail. I see the notification at license.pdfforge.org-customers-notifications but now e-mail has been received. The right email is deposited. Could you check this? Username is "Continum AG"
