Using the latest version of PDF creator I tried to create a pdf from a 12-page Pagemaker document but only get five pages converted. OS is windows 7 Home Premium - 64 bit. How can I fix that?

In any event, I can't get anything to convert even a single page of my PageMaker 7 PMD files to a PDF including PDFcreator.
FYI, I'm running WIN 7 Ultimate on a 64-bit Dell PC.
