Links from PowerPoint 10 to PDFCreator 1.7.3 don't convert Live

I have a large PPT 10 presentation with many links, and it converts wonderfully except all the Links are not live. I have checked my permissions and I have Full permission. It works most of the time but not on this presentation. The links look complete so I am  not sure how to correct it. They do work in the PowerPoint. Any ideas?

only fully written out links like http://www.pdfforge.org will work, hyperlinks won’t get recognized by PDFCreator.
