No pdf file created

Hello,
I'm on Windows 10.
When I click on print in any application (for example with Notepad to print the input.txt file) in order to print a file, I see it arrive in the PDFCreator printer queue and it disappears. No pdf file created on the hard disk.
In the temporary directory of PC %temp%\PDFCreator\spool I find the corresponding postscript file of type .ps that I can convert into pdf with pdfCreator. How to have the pdf file (and not .ps file) in the same directory as the initial printed file (in the case of my example: input.txt -> input.pdf)?
