No Save Dialog on client systems using PDFCreator print server

I don't see a search feature... I read Robin's instructions but they are too vague....

This is probably really simple... Is there a good set of instructions for installing pdfcreator in server mode?  I've looked but cannot see any good help on this.

I installed on Win7x64Pro home NAS box and clients picked up the printer drivers just fine... but any attempt to print just dead ends into nothing.

Watching the standard printer monitor you can see the client print job flicker in and disappear, however there is never any activity in the pdfcreator monitor.  Why the TWO monitors?

Test printing from the server works fine, any print results in a SAVE AS dialog and the process completes as expected.

I merely want clients to have their own SAVE AS dialogs so they can create pdf files locally (or where ever), I'm not using the AUTO save...

The pdfcreator printer by default installation has the correct security, EVERYONE is given usage rights to print...

Thanks for any help or kicks in the right direction....

OK... I found the search box, it looks like a red banner/underline on my end...

Anyway, did a number of searches all turning up similar questions when using pdfcreator printer shared from a central server box and they all go unanswered.

I suppose the best answer is then to install the printer on each client, but as much as I wanted to support this effort, the fact that these questions, from as far back as 2009, continue to simply go unaddressed leaves me no choice but to go on.  A PDF printer review lead me to pdfcreator however pdfcreator was not the top choice and I came here specifically because of the network support.  I also have clients that would do well to use this utility in lieu of purchasing adobe acrobat full, and I would have insured that they "donate" if the product worked well in their networks.  Just an FYI, but I'm moving on...
