Not all pages appear in the converted pdf

I have a strange problem.


This is the situation :
PDF Creator is installed on a server. On that server, we have a program running, that is creating some excel documents and after that, this program sends the excel document to the PDF Creator, to convert it to a pdf and to move it to a certain directory.

We already do this for several years, without any problem.
Recently, we installed it on a new server (windows server 2012 R2) and now we have the problem, that when a document contains more than 5 pages, only the first 5 pages are converted to pdf.

If we run it on another server with windows server 2003 R2, we do not have this problem.

Anyone who has this problem?

not heared of this problem yet, but you can enable logging for PDFCreator from the “Printer” menu in the “PDF Print Monitor” and logging for the pdfcmon.dll by creating a new DWORD entry with the value 1 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Monitors\pdfcmon.
The pdfcmon log will be placed in %Windir%\Temp\_pdfcmonLog.txt.
Maybe the combination of both logs can give a clue on what is going wrong, you can also send them to support@pdfforge.org if you’d like us to have a look at them.
