It is impossible to reactivate the licence online even though the communication between our servers and the PDFForge server is working fine.

Hi, sorry for the trouble.
We had recently blocked TLS 1.0 for security reasons, but have now reverted this change.
According to our license server logs, your server has been successfully reactivated.
Could you potentially update your server to use TLS 1.2? We at some point might need to discontinue TLS 1.0 support, but this will be communicated in advance.
