Only the first line is "printed"

Hi,
when I try a document using PDF-Creator in a PDF file to convert only the first line is printed. Whatever your program out, regardless of content.
Version: 0.98
Does anyone know the cause and remedy the problem?
Reinstalling did not improve.

that this problem only with MS Office products occurs. The Office was using MS-Fix Uninstall Tool already been completely removed and reinstalled.

An improvement has not occurred.

For all other programs (such as Notepad, Paint) of the export works correctly in PDF.

Any ideas?
