Page size in PDF Creator 2.0

I upgraded to PDF Creator 2.0. I was always able to change the size of printed docs in v. 1.9 from the A4 default to Letter US or other sizes. However, I cannot locate a setting in v. 2.0 to set and/or alter the default page size.

the new versions should use the size set in the printing application, is this not working?

Upgraded to 2.1 and this issue seems to be solved. The app picks up size from the printer app.
