Paper size not transferring correctly from Word 2010

I have a paper size selected in word of 132.2mm x 211.7mm. I have created a custom postscript paper size in PDF Creator that matched this. The first page has a graphic that is exactly the page size.

When I create the PDF it always has a 1cm white strip down both sides so it is wider than I ask for.

I am using v1.6.2. Can anyone offer a suggestion to get my output correctly sized?

have you checked, that the printing application doesn´t add a margin?
