I am having trouble resetting the password for PDF Architect in our office. It send over a password reset link, but when I try to use it, it says the link has expired.

I have FORGOTTEN the old password, so it seems impossible to reset the password..... How can I CREATE A NEW PASSWORD, please? I have been trying all possible links, nothing helps.
