PDF Architect 5 OCR Blue Screen Crash on KS.sys

Ok so every time i try to run scan and recognize it crashes windows out with the good old blue screen of death for KS,sys

System: HP 450 G3 with Win 7 Pro 64bit, 8gig ram, I5 6200U

also i have uninstalled and reinstalled to try and fix the problem keeps happing

Hi,

we haven’t seen this error yet, but it looks like it could be related to loading the driver for the scanner. Do you have the latest driver for the scanner?

Ok i got it fixed. turned out to be HP HD webcam driver issues.
