I had to reinstall windows 10 and when I reinstalled PDF Architect it was unclear how to restore my professional version. I tried to reassign the license to myself and I get a message that says "You cannot reassign this license to the same user during this billing cycle". Not sure what the heck this is. I am the user and the purchaser of the software but the website is not allowing me to use the version that I paid for. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried to submit a request to their support page but that page is apparently not working; the request cannot even be submitted. My confidence in this company is waning.
