PDF Architect don't make PDF files!

Hello,
For weeks, ARCHITECT PDF 4, don’t create PDF files from any program. The printer is installed, but when trying to create a document that is created with content “0” is empty.

ARCHITECT support does not know where the problem.
Does anyone have experience in solving this problem?

Hi,

have you already tried to reinstall or to use the “repair” function from the menu of the uninstaller?
Did you install the latest update 4.1?
Did you print the files to the virtual PDF Architect printer, or did you use the GUI ?
Does it create no document, or an empty document?
Sorry for the amount of questions, but so far this is an unknown problem for us.
