I am attempting to install PDF Architect 2, but it fails every time with error 18 while downloading the ‘View Module’.
I have entered proxy settings that I believe are correct.

maybe there ws a problem with the download server or your internet connection, did you try again at a later time or even date? Does it say anything apart from error 18?

I have tried over a number of days but, since I entered the proxy details, the install consistently ends with error 18 - no further details are shown. Before I set the proxy the error was 7.
I’m fairly sure that the download is being stopped by our firewall, but I have no say in what is or isn’t let through.
Is there any other way to get the install package, or modules?

I don’t think there is (yet), but we are planning to have an option for this in the near future (like an installer package containing all modules or the option to download the modules manually).
