My business program Storman is not allowing pdf to be created for email attachments. Pdf creator can print test pages and it also works from word but storman seems to create blank pages. I have had storman techs log in remotely they tell me its Norton who blocks it. I have had Norton access remotely and they tell me its pdf creators bug (it shouldn’t be trying to access through norton). What can I do to resolve this issue?
Hi,
since you are the only user reporting this problem, it is a bit unlikely that it is a general PDFCreator bug, it sounds more like a configuration problem between the 3 programs.
Do you have a log of Norton blocking access? It would help to know what exactly got blocked, maybe you can add a rule to exclude blocking for that file.

Robin
Hi Robin,
Thank you for your response. I'm not sure how to give you that log or any log but here is a message from Norton that may make sense to you/

I finally have fixed my problem. Out of all the techs I have had look at my system you think one would of thought to check the permissions of my Temp folder.
