Pdf creator 2.2. cannot get over settings

I installed pdf creator 2.2. and when I open web page in Mozilla and want to print it it shows me Appication and profile setting I filled in everything and saved it but I still cannot print, it still shows me the setting I cannot get over it What should I do?

you should only get the settings window if you run the PDFCreator.exe directly.
Did you print to the virtual PDFCreator printer or did you use a different approach?
