The Pdfcreator dont convert file word (.doc), only open word and do nothing.

Hi,
this can happen if Word didn't properly register the command for printing .doc files; PDFCreator only looks up the registered command for printing the file and executes it. You can however still open the document in word and print it to the PDFCreator printer in order to convert it.
