PDF not spooling

Since I updated to latest version, I can’t generate PDF’s anymore. Documents goes through Windows spooler, but when it disappears, PDFcreator doesn’t come up… uninstalled, reinstalled, I tried everything.

Any idea’s. I can’t seem to ind the answer on the form.

Can anyone help me with permission issue? I don’t know how to do it. Step by step o print screens ?
